My car must be a freak of nature. I dyno'd mine at 443rwhp @ 17.5psi. I don't know what turbo you're running, but mine was with the gt35r and it also had the crower 272 small core cams. Maybe you were on a smaller turbo.
I love my hydrofan. My car runs at 185* everywhere I go. I have an upgraded radiator and an upgraded intercooler.

What Cade said X100. I tried powdercoating my manifold and it only lasted about twenty minutes. It cooked off and turned back to the original color. I'm sure they make a high temp pc, but mine apparently wasn't made for that.
I don't have it tuned that high up in the map. My boost cut is set at 18psi.
I haven't been able to tune it up there since my boost keeps falling off drastically at around six thousand rpms.
I called the guy and he said Toyota told him his knudesnvalves were almost new, but the muffler bearings could be causing the knocking noise. If he was closer I would definately buy it. I'm scared to drive it too far with the muffler bearings trying to seize up.
