i can have it finished in one day as long as there are no connecters that need to be replaced, or i have them on hand. i do have a few, but if i have to source them that could add to the time it takes to complete the harness.

now:
aerospace-grade crimp connecters: best
solder: better
radio shack crimp connecters: still worst

align the CRANK pointing to ZERO degrees, the CAM GEARS using the MIDDLE dowl, pointing UP to the notches in the cam plate.
install the timing belt with this orientation.
when inserting the CPS, the hole on the housing must be pointing towards the front of the car, with the crank at...
the body harnesses SHOULD be the same. the only difference will be for a few connections around the tstat housing and thats it. maybe the plug for the backup liights also. but thats it. simple.

i can refurbish engine wireharness for a reasonable price. i had to completely rewire my harness after the engine fire and not only does it look great, but whats more important is that it worked on the first try, not that i was worried it wouldnt :).
