I paid around $400 for mine with no tires, if I remember correctly. Mileage doesn't really matter, as rims don't "wear out" like many other items. No spacers needed, they bolt right on. You can get some spacers if you want them a bit more flush with the fender line.

Use the link in my sig to check the codes for yourself. Pull the EFI fuse in the engine bay fuse box for one minute first, then put it back. Go for a drive around, and re-check them. Let us know what you have, and we'll help you fix it.
