Im going through the same thing, Someone recomended routing the harness through the speedocable hole, Only thing is you must first "port out" the speedo hole for the harness to fit through.

I'm not sure about in Canada, but here in WI all OBD I cars dont have to go through emissions, which is like anything before 94-96 depending on manufacturer. -Sam

Id go with the top one, Except I wouldn't even run a high-flo cat, just do a test pipe. A full exhaust system will make an incredible difference, especially considering your car is basically stock, along with a FMIC and supporting mods. What are the stock 1G hp figures anyway? -Sam
