Right on. Though, I believe a guy over on Supraforums.com (//zooloo?) drilled those areas out. Don't quote me on that, though. For what it's worth, when I pulled the head off the super JDM tyte motor that I bought from ebay, it looked a bit like that. My machinist cleaned it, then welded it up...

Best bet would be to go aftermarket. We've all heard the horror stories about stock FPR's not being able to handle the increased flow. Oh, and make sure you drill out, or bypass the J-tube as well.
