I wouldn't recommend re-torqueing the stock head bolts, just spend the money on ARPs. You can do a re-torque but its 50/50 you fuck somthing up.
As for the PS, you can purge the system by lifting at least the front of the vehicle, topping off the resivoir leaving the cap open while the car is...

There really are no limitations on a MAFT set up, as long as you can moniter and tune the timing. As mensioned, alot DSMers use GM MAFT combined with BIG injectors ie 1600cc and go up into the 800+awhp range, only thing is, through DSMlink they can tune farthur than we can. Unless you go AEM...
As stated, HX series turbos go from vacuum into full boost in a couple hundred rpm, which would be a freak of a tire shredding machine. I dont know how initial spool of an HX vs. a GT35R would play out though..
Holset > GT35R IMHO
