On the GTE they're on the drivers side under the intake manifold screwed into the block. I don't know for a fact, but I was thinking the GE only had one, but maybe it has two like the gte. Have you checked in the TSRM? http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/

You do not have to fix them in order. They are listed in numerical order when you check the codes..........not necessarily in order of importance.

I don't know how hard it will be to get registered, but Jose at Kaizen motorsports was selling a 1991 rhd shell a while back. I think he still has it for sale. It would be a lot easier and cheaper to just practice shifting right handed though.
