I'm not a turbo expert at all, but that AR housing seems way too large for a 1jz. I had a .84 rear housing on my gt35r and it was about perfect, but it wasn't anywhere near as large as a .70 . I personally would go with a smaller turbo for the 1jz, maybe something around a 61mm.
