I ended up gapping my plugs to .020 and it ran flawlessly. I ended up making 614rwhp and 561 rwtq @ 25.6 psi

I dyno'd mine tonight. I don't have a graph because he was out of paper. 614 rwhp 561 rwtq This was @ 25.6 psi of boost. It started going a bit lean @ the end of the run @ 7000rpm. It made it up to 12.1 and he cut it off. I made 575 @ around 24psi and that is what I'm running on a daily...

I don't think I've heard of anyone gapping their plugs smaller than .022 and that's what mine are at now.

I'm going tonight so I will see how it goes. I'm not as excited now as I was since it seems the dwell isn't going to help me out with the breaking up.

Mine has been at 6.5 since I got it and I've made hundreds of pulls up to 7500rpm. I just recently started having problems with it breaking up in the higher rpms in third and fourth gear @ 21psi. I'm going to the dyno friday evening and I'll tinker with dwell to see where it likes it.

If it's a complete rebuild then you'll be good to go. I would just make sure you have all new seals and gaskets so there isn't any leaking later. Good luck.

Why is your injectors ohms @ 3.5? Does that have something to do with the size of the injectors?

I haven't changed my ms to 2.1 yet. I'm not sure my injectors would be considered large since they're only 624's. I'll look into it though. Thanks.
