Yes.
Thanks IJ, I now have food for thought.
I still want more.
I like Rons solution, but I heard on the internet that #6 isn't getting as much.
I am doing a lost wax casting, so shape, and welding is not an issue, I just want the most flow possible, across the board.
That is good news. Everything seems to fit easier if I just use the lower factory part.
I was trying to keep some of the upper runners to maintain the bottom end, but the air flow must make a harder turn to get into them, so it's probably about equal when you factor the restriction.
Thanks...
Just the man I wanted to chime in.:)
Risers vs tapered ports?
answers:
Rpm, all
ITS F266
5 speed for now, I will go two clutches, and then go auto.:)
hard.

werd,
How do you know what short is for runners, and what is small plenum in terms of % to motor size.
Thanks again.
If you could make the ideal FFIM for the 7M, any shape, what would it look like? Would it have risers inside or not, and why.
Is making a FFIM totally based on the fact that it's a pressure situation, therefore less about flow? My feeling is it's about flow in the lower RPM/boost levels...
If Suprahero or Da89Soup were closer I would switch with them for a pic but they are not. If it's really light Blue I might go Silver, but maybe Hyper black like mine.
