    I was worried about the front wheels. What about with a spacer? Its just for drag racing anyway. The rears are 15x10 with 5.5" backspacing. I want the biggest damn tire I can shove in there. Im on stock suspension and I'm going to roll the fenders as much as I can.

    Mustang rims?

    They will fit. I have a set of Mickey Thompson ET Streets 26x10.5 mounted on 01 V6 Mustang wheels. No rubbing and they actually fit quite nice and flush and are WAY lighter than my other wheels. I'll post up a pic when I get home.

    Exactly, quality is key. Ive heard of several people having very little mileage on an upgraded ct when it fails on them. Like I said, Ive been running mine very HARD for going on 4 years now and it hasnt let me down yet. Mine was done by Performance Techniques.

    Upgraded CT-26 worth it?

    60-1 w/10 degree clip here, with almost no tune, I made 371 RWHP. It spools quick, pulls hard to redline and keeps on doing it. Going on 4 years with no probs. People trip out when they see the little baby turbo under the hood. Its 10000000% worth it.

    accordion hose carnage

    Heh, Ive been shoving 20psi through a patched up accordian hose for about a year now. I used gasket sealer to seal up a crack and some "rubber" stretchy tape stuff to seal on top of that. So far, working like a champ. One day I'll quit being lazy and order a new one.

    HKS SSQV sound when shifting at vacuum

    Im running that same BOV and I get that sound. I believe it is compressor surge. It happens because there is not enough air to push open the valve inside the BOV. I think you can use the adjustment screw, if yours has it (the newer ones dont) but I was told not to worry about it. Its been over...

    What does your Oil Pressure Gauge read at idle?

    Yea, mine is almost at 0 on my oil pressure gauge. Its scary as hell, but its normal. BTW - if youre still on the stock gauge, get a real one. The stock gauges (oil, water, boost) are all useless.

    :word8kn: Been almost 5 years and its still boostin hard. As far as the clip is concerned (for the thread starter), I dont know a lot about it, but it basically helps with boost on the top end. IIRC (its been years since I researched upgraded CTs) a clip on the exhaust wheel will help...

    I got mine done by Performance Techinques out in Cali. Their website is www.turbocharged.com. The best way to deal with them is over the phone. I sent mine in and got it back within a week. Been smoking cars ever since. :biglaugh:
