I have an ABS pump and everything else required to convert minus wiring if you would like it. PM me if so. NOTE: There is a lot of work necessary to convert to ABS.

I believe you do have a PPS rack, being that it is a 90 turbo. Check to see if there is a small vacuum hose coming off the bottom of the accordian hose and going to the power steering pump itself. If so, then you do have Progressive Power Steering.
