I wonder just how old that park really is... it has one of the newer style rollercoasters with the round rails, so it's not THAT old.. odd how it would just get abandoned...

even though I look up parts for GM's at work, all car companies like to be "creative" in where they put some parts. That happened to be in "radiator and water outlet", and not in "cylinder head" where I figured it'd be...
That sucks.
You are more than likely going to have to pull the head off the car and soak that bolt with PB Blaster for a couple days.
If the bolt breaks, you're going to have to bring it to a machine shop so they can extract the broken pieces.
As for the part, I think it's 90401-22004...
