Need to measure a shim with a micrometer. Installed it. Check the clearance with a feeler gauge. Then if it is not in spec you need to add or subtract the number that you are off by from the thickness of the shim and that will give you the size of the shim you need.

My guess is the slave went out. Pull the boot off the slave and see if fluid comes out.
Also look up under where the pedal is to see if the master is leaking.

Ya but the one blown apart is not the actual part numbers. And iirc you can buy each half of the bearing seperatly.
Best to call or try pming Jeff Lange. If its 20$ a half that's a lot more expensive then having the crank cut for clevites.
I believe one is for top and one is for bottom.
