I think the main reason that Cassio is disappointed with the "community" is solely because he mostly posts on SF! Come around here more often and you'll understand what the community really is. but, if you must, then you must. C'est La Vie, to each his own, etc. Aaron: I love the setup...

Thanks for chiming in Suze. One of the few people with actual real-world experience with this engine. ProjectSupra has one in his car. He said it's a great engine and loves everything about it.

Exactly, Drew. It's a turbo engine with NA power ;) They're plenty worthy of modifying, but I'd rather keep it bolt-on and stay out of trouble.

The GTE filter housing bypasses oil to the cooler based on pressure, not temperature.... which is retarded, considering cold oil is thicker than hot oil, meaning that the cold oil gets send to the cooler more readily than the hot oil.... backwards philosophies at toyota in the late 80's.
