Well, for now since in Jersey this summer has been brutal I just took the belt and bracket off the compressor. If I find out that for some reason its going to cost some huge amount of money to fix it; I probably won't ever spend it on that and I'll take it out. But for now I'll just leave it...

If your using the car for racing; I would almost suggest Tein RA's - as they seem to be the hard core racing coil over setup for our cars. Some have reported the flex being kind of squishy on SF. (yes, I know its SF, but still, I figured i'd just let ya know.)
A buddy of mine seems to be getting tremendous amounts of water coming into his hatch. (like the side pockets where the jack is get filled) And its coming in from the trim on the interior of the door itself. Is it possible that the leak could also be the wing?
