Since I don't totally understand what you need like the others say; I'll reccomend the SP61GT.

You're going to need the old style square mounts. Just to add in here, my very early 89 does have the square mounts.

Probably not the greatest idea to retorque it. Theoretically you may have caused more harm then good by smashing the HG.

If your using the car for racing; I would almost suggest Tein RA's - as they seem to be the hard core racing coil over setup for our cars. Some have reported the flex being kind of squishy on SF. (yes, I know its SF, but still, I figured i'd just let ya know.)
