I'd bring it in for an alignment, and have them check all the arms for worn bushings. I'd imagine the toe control rod bushings could use replacement, as that's the problem in my subaru, and i have similar problems...
Get them rolled, Definitely.
You *can* do it yourself with a baseball bat and a heat gun, but someone with a fender roller is better suited for the job. It's far less ghetto that way.

No need to rebuild the caliper. Only free the slides.
You should be able to get them out with some work. You may need to take the caliper off and put it up in the vice, but that's not too bad.
Just get a boot kit at autozone or wherever if yours are junk because it'll just happen again if...
Oh no, I do in fact get it... I just hate homologation loopholes like this.
Right, they're "available" to the public, but they try to make them not available, due to price.
