those plugs do seal off coolant. If its leaking from them you should probably drain the system, pull them out, and use some teflon tape on them or something like that and tighten them back
I personally use a shop air line air/water seperator from sears on my NA supra. I used to use the same on my NA mr2 and it seems to work great, it has a vlave on the bottom to dump it out too and is pretty cheap. Some might think its ghetto but it works well.
if you can simply unscrew the broken ones from the crank just do that and put nre bolts, if not dont mess with it before you get a professionals opinion. Once you screw up the crank youre in trouble.
im sure you could run a relay off somethingin the engine bay electrical box, just use a testlight or voltmeter to see what has power only when the key is on, or only ground when the key is on, then run a relay off of that dont tap directly into it
many high end cars come stock with drilled rotors... It has to do with the quality in most cases. For most cars stock blanks are more than good enough, and usually better than most of the aftermarket choices.
Yes my cap has a spring loaded vacuum valve and as stated i checked the tube going from the neck to the overflow tank and it is airtight all the way to the bottom of the tank, thats what i dont understand. I will put a pressure tester on the system to make sure i dont have any other leaks...
