The relay is definitely buzzing when i jumper the diag. box. It definitely does NOT buzz when the car is running.

to test for vacuum leaks you just need to get some brake parts cleaner and spray it on the suspected areas/all vacuum sources, if the engine speed changes when you spray a particular spot, you can assume there is a vacuum leak there.

you can also disable fuel and crank it over for a little while before you start her up to get the oil flowing a bit. Just make damn sure you dont pour oil in there before the bolts are in lol you dont want to fill the bolt holes with oil
Check the green connector at the coil and the distributor, a lot of times one of the wires will pull out of the connector slightly and youl get no spark at all. Just make sure theyre both tight and use some needle nose pliers to make sure alll of the actual wires are pushed into the connector...
