You could always go 264's like IBoughtASupra stated along with a pt6265 with a .63 a/r and a qsv. But you'd probably find the first few gears useless.

When did you start seeing positive manifold pressure? Or when did the butt dyno start to really pull? What rpms? Any cams? What was the a/r of the 67?

For a certain bolt going to a certain part it'll have to be a certain hardness or type of bolt. tight tolerance/corrosion resistant etc etc right?

Couldn't you coat the walls in assembly lube? It'll smoke a little when you eventually start it but would help fight the cancer problem. I'm sure there's a better way than this though.
