Does anyone know what the OD (or could measure the OD) of the "Teflon hose" is? I believe it is what runs to the controller box and is used for boost reference.- mkIIIman089

I'm the dumbest supra owner ever
Right, but it has a separate speed (the Karman part) and temp sensor. On a "hotwire" (MAF) sensor, basically just as it sounds has a heated wire. As it is cooled by the passing air (which will vary by the speed and temp) it will effectively get an air mass reading, instead of having to calculate...- mkIIIman089

I wouldn't. And I > you. :) If its happening on the highway, check the radiator to see if its full of junk blocking the air flow 1st. The Fan/clutch/shroud/undercover combo is also very important, if you don't have any of those components (or if they are of questionable condition) you need to...- mkIIIman089
