Anyone else think its funny that the CE light was on for so long it burned out?

None of that stuff is that hard to replace, even if you only do it for one day.

You really are a worthwhile person! (welp, theres the smart ass out of the way) I would check to see if everything is still straight, if it is, then I don' know if there is a good way to fix that (especially the fold) without cutting it out and welding.

^Thats pretty much how it goes at work. If a part has a surface finish requirement on sheet (LOTS do), basically just make sure it feels nice and smooth and doesn't get any smears of burs on it... That being said, with a new insert in whatever the cutting tool is, it will make steel almost seem...

That you live in your friends basement? LOL I agree on the 1080P comment, your blowing it up pretty big and the extra resolution will make a BIG difference when watching HD-DVD or Blu-Ray disks.

Correct. Make sure you get them on nice and tightly clamped or you'll boost to infinity (until something fails).
