Pull your intake manifold completely off as well as your fuel rail. It sounds like you don't have the top 'bushing' for the injector http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-7m-gteinjectoro-ringkit.php
The bushing that goes on top the injector is all the way on the left.
As said before, I still don't feel that the stock electronics are the best for a modified setup. You're already tricking the ecu to see less air but you're not able to control the timing for the extra air.
Toyota ecu was designed around the stock setup, not one with all the extra air flow and...
IIRC I used 10 ga wire with a 30a inline waterproof fuse because my wire was run down the inner fender lining. I ran a tad bit bigger wire as I plan to run 2 fuel pumps in the future, so I've also got the dual feed relay to power 2 fuel pumps. One will be controlled by a aeromotive fuel pump...
I've used new hoses since I rebuilt the engine and used PS fluid, the writing on the PS cap is worn off. Mine has leaked from day one, even with moving the hose and reclamping.
Okay, the smell you are smelling is probably from your dirty hands touching everything under the hood and being slowly cooked off. Did you fix your code 51? Was the a/c on? Was your foot on the throttle? Code 51=tps alignment is wrong, a/c was on or your throttle body isn't closed.
