Almost no power and exhaust smokes up through the hood

If your car is running hot, stop running it. Use one of the co2 checks on the radiator to see if you're getting exhaust gasses in the coolant.

There is an adjustment on the pedal itself where it bolts to the master cylinder. When I replaced mine, I had to re-adjust the master cylinder push rod to my pedal or the clutch was just starting to move as soon as the pedal hit the floor.

    brake bias?

    To a point.

    Too much clutch

When the time does come for me to go with more clamping pressure, I'll probably go Giken twin disc or something similar. I just want to make sure that the clutches I'm looking into in the mean time aren't going to be causing premature damage.

    Factory Sound Deadening

It's the stock bushings, I've looked into replacing the old tired suspension. I've got kyb gr2's sitting in my garage just waiting to be installed but I want to do it all at once. I'd like to completely strip the car and stitch weld the seams then put down all new sound deadening material.

    Factory Sound Deadening

I'd like to replace a lot of mine because I'm receiving a lot of road noise.

    brake bias?

Fixed that for you. Why not just tug the e-brake instead of change how the car will handle under braking?

what would you call a beefed up single disc? give me a clamping force example please.

    Too much clutch

How much pressure on the crank is too much? I know using very strong pressure plates can cause damage but how high do you have to go before it's really bad? I know twin/triple disc setups are better because they achieve the clamping pressure without causing too much load.

    1jz T4 manifold / turbo options.

Damn the turbine wheel let loose? What did Precision say about it? I have had no first hand experience with manifolds for the 1j but the MTR looks like it might be a pain to get the WG even on it with a 3" or even worse a 4" pipe in the way.

    Strange Fuel pressure problem

Hmm, what have you done to the fuel system? That's odd, we have the SAME fuel setup basically but mine's on a 7m using 550cc injectors. How dirty was your previous fuel pumps filter sock? Did you check inside the tank for trash?

Wont go into gear, video inside

The OP said they weren't torqued properly or any thread lock being used so that didn't help. I wouldn't blame the ARP hardware for backing out, it's more likely the installer error. The OEM bolts could have a tighter thread engage so they're less prone to backing out or use a groove ring under...

    Spacer between Flywheel and Block

Okay I believe that I didn't spell it out enough for you. Manual transmissions do not use a spacer. Repeat NOT. If you used the TSRM you would know. On a side note, have you properly bled the air from the system when you reinstalled the transmission? Since you also installed the spacers, is...

    Suspension Bushings

Just because your bushings slid in to place, doesn't mean that everyone's will.

    Suspension Bushings

The noise you would hear, like said before, would be the bushing squeaking inside the housing. Regardless of bushing, without the proper lube it will be very noisy. Now solid bushings will transmit a lot of noise no matter what you do.
