i change my k&n filter with pretty much every oil 6 quart oil change every 2500 miles, i know im blowing allot of money but i've accepted the fact that the gas i run is more expensive and so is the lube, you pay to play. With that filter and mobil 10w40 my oil never gets any darker than maple syrup.
