    get a 90+, all the looks with more features, the 89 had some crossover parts so they have older style things on them mixed with newer 90+ peices, plus many will agree the pre pre 89 style bumpers and tailights are fugly. <- gonna get abbused for that one but its true.

    i drive with about 8-9 psi hitting boost wherever i can pretty much every day of the week. waiting for some time and $$ to hit 12psi and im not worried about my hg.

    and the hose from wastegate actuator goes to the nipple on the compressor housing outlet about 3 inches away towards the engine.

    i've run felpro head gaskets on 3 different cars from 3 different countries, as long as you prep the surfaces right they will stand up to the job. 10k miles so far on a felpro in my supra.
