dont try to pull the off while running unless your well insulated. trust me on this one. sounds like a broken plug wire, or lousy connection from coil to plug.

IGT should be correct, try the igt terminal in the check connector under to hood. myy vpc is ran to that wire for tach signal

your power steering doesnt work but it full of fluid? sounds like the filter/screen is plugged in the tank, not letting fliud thru (which was the problem with my 7m, or the check valve in the pump isnts working, due to dirt or other contaminats. its part 44330 in the 2nd pic i found these...
