whats the fuel system mods? even with a piggyback or standalone, 10psi is max for the stock fuel system. Regarding stock vs forged pistons, it don't matter which pistons you use when boosting up to 20psi as long as you don't have detonating/knock condition. It's usually caused by too low...

wow, but yes, gas itself isnt all that flamable, its the fumes and when its in contact with air. i have put out several camp fires dumping gas on them trying to get it to llight. so to much fuel, not enough air and it wont burn when the spark hits. the GTE injectors are around 30-40% bigger...

your local exuast shop can make one. they sell flanges but not normally dps for aftermarket turbos, as the pipe is application specific.

7mge injectors 7mgte if you got the 440, that might explain why its running rich....

can you get just a roll of exaust manifold gasket material and make your own?

a turbo sprint. it goes fast and is good on gas. so its a win either way

i guess its placed there for stock re-circ setup. though ive never had a problem with bov parts melting, even using the all plastic bosch upgrade. but as you stated, you live in the desert, which dont help. maybe find a turbo volvo in the bone yard, some of them has a metal bov, might last...

possibly, but i do see some problems: : finding 6 of them, as you would need 2 sets : machineing cost making them fit. also 85mm is a bit big for the 7m block. that 4mm of material between cyldeners missing, which could be what casued the previous build of this kind to fail.
