    Frozen gas lines?

Anyone here familiar with summer and winter blend gas? Basically, you are going to have a hard time starting it. In summer, gas is made to be less volatile, because in higher temperatures, it atomizes easier. In winter, it is harder to atomize gas, so they raise the volatility of it. There is a...

    HELP!!!! which MKIII to keep?

If she can spend so much money to get a G35, you should be allowed to have 2 Supras, especially since you only paid $800 for the one. -AM3

    Engine Stand

That's the one I did my rebuild on. I had one like the OP's. I would trust it for a small inline 4 maybe. Get the bigger one, you won't regret it. -AM3

    7mgte > 7mge

No, he basically is running a 7MGE. The only thing that is GTE is the block. The only difference is the compression and the oil squirters. At the OP: Was the harness, IC, piping etc advertised as coming with the engine? To get more power (significant) out of the motor, you basically need to go...

    Concerns about remove of head.

I know a lot of people will call me extreme for this, but when I bought my car, it had a hole in the side of the block. I bought a motor with a BHG, and I completely rebuilt it. New bearings, pistons, rings, machined crank, re-conditioned rods, ARP rod bolt, and the all new gaskets, ARP head...

What are the ONLY necessary parts to make the 7m run and be driveable?

OK, now I can actually help now that there are some details. Basically, you should be able to run like this, but I wouldn't drive it hard at all, and I wouldn't drive it like this for long. EGR is very important on these cars, anyone that says its not, can take a look at the hole that was in the...

question about manual vs auto harness

Does the auto harness have a plug for the rear speed sensor on the R154? The only plugs you need for the R154 is the back up lamp plug, and the rear speed sensor. -AM3

question about manual vs auto harness

If you have a manual harness, useing it will be easier. Is the harness still in the car, or did you pull it with the motor? Did you pull the trans and motor together or leave the trans in? -AM3

What are the ONLY necessary parts to make the 7m run and be driveable?

Well, due to the vagueness of this question, I have no other choice. You need: EVERYTHING! Hope that helps. On a more serious note, what do you have left to put on? -AM3

    engine tuning

Raise the boost. You can shim the wastegate to do this, not exactly sure how you shim it though. But you will hit Fuel cut at about 10-12 PSI. Other than that, not much you can do. I'm assuming you are completely stock. Has the HG been re-torqued? -AM3

    Fuel cut

I understand what you're saying. The PO put a narrowband in it, so I basically have an FTL light show. Another question: Will my AF gauge work with a wideband sensor, or are there differences in both the gauge and sensor with a wideband vs narrowband? -AM3
