IMO 550-650hp can be very streetable.
You need to address the suspension, braking, and tire choices wisely.
With 500+ on a decent 255-50-16 tire I hook up fine.
Now that I'm going to 600, if I need to, I'll drive with a DR.
No, I had a standard bearing 60-trim... and it would hit 20+ psi as soon as I went wot.... anytime passed 3000rpms or so.

Upgraded CT's are fun for a while, but don't last as long as say a GT garrett. (Which is why I bought one.)
My 60-trim took a year or so from me, then blew oil on boost... so I just kept putting more oil in every time I drove it. :)
Dual wastegates become necessary when you just can't even bypass enough air to run lower than a specific boost target as well.
Big single turbo 2JZ's run into this problem.
The GReddy works perfectly with those manifolds... You need to remember that the W/G exit is coming from the shorter width side than the longer... so there's no need to rotate the flange on the SSAC replica manifolds.
