Your spark plug galary may be filled with oil and that would result in no start issue. Your valve cover gaskets may be leaking, burning oil. You should give it a check.

Why dont you take that motor out and put in a 1j or even the 2j just for fun. Im assuming you have the 7m right now in your car.
