What computer are you using? I assume a 2JZ computer.
It is most likely your map sensor, trace all the wiring back to the computer and make sure nothing is shorting out. Any codes?
I assembled my snap ring setup wrong on the pressure plate and that caused the hub to spin with the pressure plate, which made it vibrate and hit the clutch fork and the the clutch pedal would vibrate when it was pressed.
Popping out of gear....

You can get the new hardware from Toyota.
Just soak it overnight and see what happens. If that doesn't work, try heating it and using an impact. If that doesn't work, then cut it off.
You don't need a line to drain it. That would be just like venting it to the atmosphere. A 1/8NPT bung with a block off is good enough. You should not have a full catch can. You can drain it every couple oil changes.

Maybe the hose that goes over the wastegate melted and got oil over the exhaust? Would it burn off though, unless it was a lot, then it would catch a fire. I am not to sure on this though.

I suggest six puck clutch. I have a stock clutch and on my 1JZ, even with the upgrades but just stock fuel, at 9LBS, it slips when just getting into boost.
It gave me a few pulls, four at the most and it gave up.
