400-500HP? Easy, a GT35R with a larger turbine housing for top end. Ask anyone who used that turbo, they are a very good combination for the 1JZ and a street car.

Is it still twin? Most likely your turbos are going. It is very common on 1JZ.

GT35R Stay away from Probe pistons, they are not the best quality pistons. Get Ross or JE BUT make sure you set the piston to bore clearance to what they say, not any bigger, one thou is too much. JE's have a tendency to slap if the clearance is to big.

In the order of quality, not price. Bosch 044 > Areomotive 341 > Walbro This is just my opinion, others feel differently.

You are not getting enough fuel in the cylinders. Check fuel pressure. Check your injectors to make sure they are working correctly. Next time, don't make a thread title like this one and include any mods and things you have tried in the first post and don't forget punctuation as well.

How come your torqued the head bolts down to 70 ft/lbs? Is that what the paper in the box recommend? I doubt it would be that low.
