would it matter if i dont have any emitions crap does the wires still need to be hooded up cuz there not its the vsv under the intak manifould towards the front by the front knock sensor

trying to find out what a VSV is? it has 2 vac lines going in to it and a conector

batt is good even tryed to jump off a nother car thinking it might be the neutral strt swch or the strt relay going not to sure where neutral sech is and haveing prob pulling off relay to test it.

bypassed the hood switch and the stock alarm but still nuthing all the stairter does is click every time you turn the key it dosent even try to turn the moter.need help.

i got some power slot roters and pads made a huge differance and only a little more $$$ than the stocks
