1) Codes 22 and 32 aren't timing related.
2) If the engine is a GTE they aren't AFM related.
3) Code 23 isn't related to anything. Doesn't exist.
4) You didn't check the AFM. You only think you did.
You're right in that it wouldn't be obvious. Sorry, having a bad night. If the threads are buggered up on the intake just helicoil the thing and be done with it...
No such labeled fuse exists. Stick with what 3p is telling you. If you don't have B+ at the diag box with the key on your main relay isn't being energized. And bum CPS wiring will prevent starting but can't stop the MIL from coming on.
Again, pinpointing the exact location of the resistance on any particular vehicle isn't difficult. Just takes using the right technique. One that, for best troubleshooting, *requires* a load on the starting circuit.
