What about me, I have basically the same shit :biglaugh:
7M power for life! I agree though...I have plans my DD now to get on 7M Power instead of my project car.
The 7M IMO is the perfect engine. Inline (easier to work on), RWD, very beefy, torquey, undersquare, with some tuning you can...
Sounds almost exactly like mine....HKS MHG, around 100,000 miles on it rebuilt about 2000 miles ago, guessing 300 in the back wheels with a T4, stock IC, but I'm not selling my BOV, MAF-T, T4, adapter, etc. yet. Harness/ECU yes though
Actually, the funny thing about that is that if you check the red book that has the records and shit, you'll notice it came from Conneticuit originally! There is about an inch of rust on one of the back rear parts, but otherwise its absolutely clean.
The car originally was going for $4000...
Venting is overrated. If you tighten down the Type S as much as you can, you dont have to worry about stalling and you get the louder BOV capabilities.
However, my BOV is stripped and its as loose as a whore's vagina, so much that I have to engine brake everywhere I go unless the vacuum...
sub 2000 lbs with an infinite amount of disposable money, but no where near sub 1000...
Duane of Carbon Fibre FX makes CF hoods. Check the CF section of SM for the website. Also, I'm looking into getting a top secret sort of style hood made for the MkIII...except a bit more boxy/less round...
Yeah...like I said "R" racing at the same spot on both sides, mini NOS stickers on the 1/4 windows and back. The residue is still there because she still needs a wash, but otherwise they are all stuck together in a ball that I'll give for free :)
Oh and D34DC311, "18-23" is on the original...
LEDz dog..word....
I dont have any money now..and no working on this car unless it is to fix it. Its going to stay stock..no more than an intake and exhaust if that for a loong time
Oh my god…okay, well my mom's boyfriend Mike found an ad in the paper…”needs TLC and turbo work, 89 turbo”. I was like “damn!” Anyways, we checked it out and it said $3995 and 88 on the windshield (even though it was CLEARLY 89), but otherwise it was PRISTINE.
Later I came back for another...
Alright, now that this has come to my attention, I'll be picking up the ZT-2 when I can.
However, it may be as long as a year or two before I get my laptop...could I run strictly the wideband setup sepperately without using the entire datalogger setup?
Well dang, I never looked into getting a wideband setup because I always thought for everything you need it would total up to $1000 or so...now that I know that I can use my A/F gauge that came with my car.
I appreciate this, you've opened my eyes :)
