A few years ago when I was 12-13, I was reading my popsci mag that had just come in the mail. I believe the cover story was about a mkiv supra. The guy who owned it was pushing 1200hp out of it. After reading through the article, I knew I had to have a supra. I told my dad about it, cause he...
Taken from some other supra forum ;)
Thats 4" dp into dual 3" w/ hand-made welds :naughty:
Oh and it's all hooked up to a sexy 2jz up front :naughty: :naughty:
Sweet, you sure its 6l9? I've really been wanting to repaint my car for a while (especially since my dogs decided to chew on my front lip...). I was originally planning on just a repaint-black for it but every since I saw this picture, I really wanted to go that dark green.
From your 'ac'? Do you mean somewhere over by the glovebox? If so, than I'm pretty sure what you're hearing are air bubbles circulating through a heater core behind the glovebox. It's a common problem supras have. One way to fix it is to bleed it.
The middle number (50 in this case), isn't a measurement, it's a percentage of the tire width. Stock tirewidth = 225mm. Stock tire = 225/50/16. 50% of 225 = 112.5mm. The one he was talking about is 245/50/16. 50% of 245 = 122.5mm.
That's around right if you're highway driving a little. I remember when I had to drive about 30 highway miles per day last semester to get to school I would consistently get 29-30mpg on my 7mge (which is mixed highway and city driving).
So some guy says that he's running a 1400w sub in his car and that it really drains his gas. He says that because it takes so much energy to run, that there is more stress on the alternator which makes his gas mileage go down. Is this possible?
Sry if this is a dumb q ;)
Well some of you may know I'm doing a 1jz swap pretty soon into a n/a supra. The clip didnt come with anything exhaust other than the stock downpipe. So I've been looking at getting the 3" dp from 935 and the tanabe hyper medallion cat-back. I barely have enough cash for those parts and was...
Hm well I got mine from jarco the other day and they didnt give me exhaust like I thought they would...Oh well, I guess I'll have to hold off on coilovers :( . Either that or use the exhaust that's on my n/a lol.. What diameter would you suggest for exhaust? 3" I assume? Just curious but...
