SOLUTION FOUND: What I believed to be a timing issue was actually due to a bad intake gasket.

Does anybody know the approximate coolant capacity for this radiator. If not, is there any good rule of thumb I can use to avoid overfilling? I did a search here and on google and came up empty. Any tips are much appreciated.
