Are any of the wires off the alternator and/or battery hot? I sounds like you have a short somewhere. With a good alternator and battery there is no reason why you won't get enough power, unless you have a short some where. And the short will explain why the battery goes dead overnite.

If you meter the air after the bov you should be OK. Of course that means that you're not running the stock ECU and AFM.
