Good luck in your next adventures in life. Don't worry it's not that hard to get your hands on an mkiii. If you really want one you will have one easily when you are ready. And you will know what to do when you get one I'm sure. Don't forget about what you want and you will be fine.
You might want to get a slightly larger size because the hub can wear out. I just did all the studs on my 92 yota pickup and some of the brand new studs began to spin on me when I went to tighten them. You can just hammer in the slightly larger size or put some washers on the outside and tighten...
I was under the impression that the supra was a 7.5 same as the 2wd truck 7.5 diff. I could be wrong. I have only done one custom thing with my 2wd truck where I used a detroit trutrac lsd meant for a front 4wd 7.5 truck diff and used it in the back. Just had to buy different size carrier bearings.

The electrical wiring diagrams might help. You should be able to unplug any and all plugs that you see. You just have to be careful because there a couple of types on a Supra. Some you have to use a small tool or a flathead...
Ah the joys of fixing up an old car. Good stuff bud. Ya I really don't think you would need to remove the door panel to replace those mirror caps. On my Toyota pickup you don't have to. I'm still not 100% familiar with my Supra either but if you do end up having to pull the edge of the door...
