Not sure how it would handle flexing. You might be able to just use a standard flex agent in the mix but I'm not certain. You'd just have to try it and see.
It's all the way through. Most body rust looks like surface rust, but when it's spread that large, it's too late. As soon as you sand it you'll have holes.
It's not hard. Just follow the TSRM. If the old window is broken, you really don't even need the piano wire. You can get the butyl tape to seal it up from an autoglass place or even some autobody stores. I got mine from CarQuest.

I don't see anything there that resembles EGR provisions. Yes, there are soft plugs, but compare that to the USDM intake photos here:

The glass itself is easy to change. Just follow the TSRM. The thing that sucks is that you have to take most of the interior out of the back of the car to do it.
I really hope this goes through. Not because I have a 7M or a BHG, but simply because someone is willing to develop a new MKIII product - that chance doesn't come around for us often enough in this community.

Head to Wal-Mart and get some prep-all and some tack rags. Wipe your parts down with the prep-all before you spray. That will get rid of any grease, silicone, and other contaminants that would cause fisheyes. Once that dries, wipe it with the tack rag to get rid of any remaining dust and lint...
