Ahh i got it mixed up, th350= 2.52/1.52/1.0 th400=2.48/1.48/1.0 11.24 was my best with the gm setup , didn't push it to full boost was only at 18psi on a garret 67 . 26" tall tires.

3.73 gears, had me at 70mph at 3100 rpm. 400 and 350 have different final drive ratios though so im assuming depending on your wheel setup, you could get it to cruise at 2800 at 70 with the th400.
