If your saying you got engine oil on you ps resivoir I would not be looking at the rear main. Maybe something in the front?

lol Theres no NEED to jump a fuse out. Either the fuse is blown, and the problem is elsewhere, or the fuse is good and the problem is esewhere. Period. So there is no power to anything when your not jumping stuff correct?

I was intially going to rebuild a R154 myself, but I'm assuming all the bearings and gears are pressed onto the the shafts so I changed my mind because I won't have the tooling. My question is does anyone know a good shop in the Vancouver area to get the thing rebuilt. Thanks.

I would check for codes, igntion and valve timing, and then a compression check. In that order as well. It does have fuel in it, correct:)
