    Where to ground EBC.

Simply set it to "OHMS" and put one end on a known ground,(body/chassis). Put the other end on the wire in question. Should read DN0(Damn near zero). Not to be mistaken with O/L(Out of Limit/Infinite)

    Where to ground EBC.

If you have trouble reading schematics, you can also use a DMM and look for continuitity between a known ground, and the wire in question. But yes the w/b would be the ground.

    89t engine in an 86.5?

Yup thats my understanding I'm actually in the same process right now. Only mine is a 92 long block so all the sensors from my pre 89 are gonna be used. You may have to change a thing or two on the engine to fit the older harness, I could never get a totally clear answer when I asked the same...

    89t engine in an 86.5?

You need the same harness and ECU as your body. In your case a 87-88.

    Where to ground EBC.

Everything electrical needs to be grounded, or it wont function. The possiblities are endless...

    Oil Light

Ok well that makes sense if the Cressida didn't have a gauge and only a light. Atleast if I understood your posts jetjock. Unless of course the sender was swapped over, then I'm totally confused.

    Oil Light

Ok, well explained. That is a strange way of doing things. So OP does your gauge show any pressure?

    Oil Light

That was my concern too. I hope the GE pump is up to that flow demand. So jetjock why would it blink? That doesn't make sense to me.

1988 supra turbo 124k miles bent valve

Valves don't just bend themselfs. If this a stock engine, a valve can't hit the piston. It could just be valve lash way out, but the low power sympton doesn't sounds good:(. Check your codes. Oh and sounds can be hard to trace sometimes, use the redneck sethescopre(wooden handle hammer) and try...

    HELP! freezing to death!

Good work, but let everyone know what you did to fix the problem. That way others can learn if they have the same problem in the future. Also I think mine has a "T" off that same line and one end goes to the heater control valve, and the other end goes to the cruise control. Edit: Wasn't...

    new problem

Could be your throwout bearing. Either way I would say something is binding clutch/tranny assembly. Possible crank walk I suppose but doubtful. Stock clutch and PP? Your lights are dimming because the alternator isn't spinning fast enough. I would pull the inspection cover at the front of the...

    HELP! freezing to death!

You may have engine trouble if you don't have a good vacum at idle. I also gotta agree with 92nsx, write better to get more educated responses. Your vacum lines should look like this. This nipple comes directly off the rear of the manifold. If you have good vacum at your chacoal...

    HELP! freezing to death!

Take the vacum line that is coming from the manifold and goes to the solenoid valve and just stick it on the valve...if that makes sense. Bypass the solenoid on the heater control valve.
