    Lotek gauge pods

The two pod keeps the oh-shit handle and the 3 pod gets rid of it. The fitment for the 2-pod was better than the 3-pod, IMHO.

    Lotek gauge pods

I have had the two pod with no problems and now run the triple pillar pod. No issues there either. Fitment isn't too shabby, but the angles for the gauges could be a couple more degrees towards the driver, but that's not too big of a deal for me.

    ECU temp sensor need advice

The ECU uses that sensor for lots of things...not just warm up. Don't bypass it. If you want more power, add more mods...

    main studs help

Well, put the studs in til it hits bottom, put the caps on, then bolt them down per the TSRM pattern to the TSRM spec torque (for the headstuds, use more torque...how much depends on who you ask). The "stud" itself isn't really torqued when installling, the nut is...

remove hood seals to let heat out?

Thank you, but I didn't do it. Guy a knew in Delaware was an old hot rodder and had a lot of metal working tools, including an old English wheel - and the man REALLY knew how to use it. He put in the vents and bumper vent...only charged me a buck a louver. Good stuff!

    SBC 406 in a Supra ? ?

The point, though, is that he already has a 406. An LS motor would require another purchase.

    SBC 406 in a Supra ? ?

Ohhhhh...Gail Banks engineering has a twin turbo setup for SBC. That would be pretty slick! Anyway, it's your car so do what you want! I think it'd be cool. You got my vote.

Cooling fan options - Mechanical or Electric

He means the "mechanical" fans, not the electric. FAL makes more than electric fans...check out their website. No it won't work due to the bolt pattern. INYGKNOK: You might want to check to make sure that you are correct in your information and assumptions before you be sarcastic...:)

    20 psi

You're getting confused with what will actually make more power. The built engine gives you the platform, but won't actually make more power until you upgrade the stock turbo. Of course, you can also upgrade the fuel, intercooler, blah-blah-blah... Please listen to Bishop!

    210 - 230 F water temps:(

I ran that way for awhile out of ignorance, but have since changed back to the factory temp rating. I upgraded to a Fluidyne radiator and new fan clutch. My car ran really rich with a 160 stat and usually stayed at 150-155. Fuel economy went to crap, too. Anyway, even with some recent 90-ish...

    sumitomo tires last 10k miles

I had the Kumho Supra Ecsta 712s and had really good luck with them. I tried some Cooper tires this past time and have liked them as well, but the SPT or AST should be good from Kumho, I would think.

    Maft Pro vs. H.K.S.

I used the HKS VPC for about 7 years with the FCON and it worked, but it runs SUPER rich and you don't have a lot of adjustment besides a couple of knobs. You also can't datalog. Does it work? Yes. Is the MAFT Pro better? I my opinion, yes it is. You can datalog with it and have greater...
