Has anybody shot one of these? Might be a good Zombie killer...anything else would probably be overkill. Saw it on the Military Channel while studying.

Since it's my first post in this thread, I also have a Taurus PT-945 and Taurus PT-99AF. I love the...
Mine used to do this when it was cold. I pulled the side panels off and lubricated the parts/levers/actuators and voila! Works much better. WD-40 can do wonders.
Forget the supercharger...keep to your turbo roots and get the STS turbo kit or APS (Air Power Systems) kit! :) I agree on passing on the Z06 since you'll be able to make lots of upgrades with the $20k you just saved! Like the truck, too.

SWD: The guy is a local shop owner here in Delaware. He had the press in his shop and he's also the one that formed the A-duct into the bumper. Only cost $1 a louver, so $48 overall. He had several different old school projects going on where he was making the sheet metal pieces himself. If...
For the SP61GT, if he gets the right downpipe (BIC DDP) it will bolt-on just fine. It'll mate right to the stock mani and cat/test pipe. The only thing that I can think of that didn't bolt back up was the stock accordian hose. If yours is fairly new, you probably have enough flex to fit it...
Hey CK,
I thought in the newer version for the Pro there was boost sensitive timing? Am I incorrect here? I thought Bob was talking about it on one of the threads...
Nice numbers, BTW!
If you're tight on the funds, the SP kit would be cheaper than the DM full turbo kit. Maybe not after you get a SP61GT downpipe and all, but the SP will require less headaches, I believe. In the end, it'll probably be 6 in one, half dozen in the other. You can't argue with DM's service...
I leave it at 15 psi right now since I don't put race gas in it (and I haven't installed a meth kit yet). I don't know about the CFM of the Driftmotion kits, but they are really helpful with any questions you might have. I'd either shoot them a PM or give them a call. They only issue I had is...
I'm running the SP61GT with the MAFT-Pro for a few years now and I have the stock internals (plus the HKS headgasket) and it runs fine. There are still some tweaks I'm trying to learn with the MAFT Pro to really dial it in, but it does great as a DD. Just don't push the boost too much and you...
We walked out to the garage to get the dog food for the morning ritual and attached is what happened:
Quote: "Your car all dirty...I wash it." Somehow "dirty" got 3 syllables and "wash" had two... :icon_bigg
Mine hasn't done this in a while, but if you try to unlock the door again quickly does it turn it back off? That's all I have to do when it happens. I have two keys and with my other key this never happens.
I'd go +1 on the SPEC Stage 3+...I also had a 6 puck sprung disk with an AL flywheel and hated it for DD use. It held power great, but stop-n-go made me look like an idiot. It really wanted to grab and would shutter the car if you tried to engage it smoothly. There are plenty of options for...
Damn, that sucks about the machining. My local shop did it for free. But, yes, there were some other threads that mentioned the bolt needed be to machined down in order to fit. Also, if you boil or bake the damper it will expand slightly and is a helluva lot easier to slip on the crankshaft.
