Yes, you will need to remove it as an assembly with the support. Remove grills, be careful as it's easy to break the clips that hold them on. There are two 10mm headed bolts behind the grills. There are two 10m headed bolts in the top corner at the wheel opening. There are several more...

You can't without also intalling a pump. The R-154 is splash lubed. You could tap the case and run lines to a cooler and back, but the fluid would not move as there's nothing there to push it. Therefore it would not get cooled and would be pointless.

Agreed. I have the Semi-solid mounts also and love them!

What they don't realise is they're not hurting me with this. These parts have sat in my garage for over 2 years already. I could care less how long they sit there. I just figured that if someone else could put them to use then why not. They're only hurting the potential new owners.
