Even if you had both BOV's installed, the air still has to get crammed into the 2" pipe then forced through the 2" intercooler, and back into 2" pipes up to the intake before the air can even see the BOV's...
That is 11 feet +- of restrictions including the intercooler..:)
I soldered an additional copper plate inside my switch to redirect power. (can not explain it really, lol) It was not making a connection from one side of the switch to the other and I felt it should have been.. It made mine work when I want them too..;)..
As is: Mine come ON with parking...
Here is one for 87's

I was just trying to get mine to work. Then I figured out the switch was broken and how it was supposed to work.. Then I just modded my switch when it was apart..
I...
For me: I had surge on the stock BPV, Then I upgraded to a HKS SSQV which removed the surge,
Then I upgraded the turbo and my surge is back at low boost, So.. I am going to upgrade to a second BOV just incase..:)
Here is a good video of compressor surge,, It is the "fluttering" sound when he lets off the gas when driving the car...(last half of the vid)

It is not good on the turbo...
I think I see the problem here... Jumper the diag box (for checking codes), NOT the TPS...:dunno:

Look at MDC's first post, It is already being installed in hybrid's
http://hytechapps.com/applications/HHOS.htm
But now that I look at the dates, I have to wonder if it got burried...:(
I will add that it can be caused from a BOV or BPV that is to small or not working properly. Not venting the boost fast enough where the excess air is forced back out the intake.
