    the radiator hoses are all new, i'm not gonna cut it lol EDIT: and i don't think that hose kit includes the hoses i need, it just includes the thin hoses

    you're totally right, i just learned that not having good vaccum pressure on top of the valve covers will cause oil leaks

    I'm thinking that the 2 small filters on top of the, NIPPLES hehehe, will be a better choice then a catch can. Should I just block off the one on the throttle?

    My PCV tube is messed up, so I thought this was a good time to look into the mods I see on some other supras here. What are some things that can be done to the PCV system? I've seen many different setups, what's the best besides stock?

    I think I know what all that dark chipped stuff is on top of my No. 3 cylinder cover... paint. I saw some pictures of clean stock engines and their No. 3 cylinder covers are the color of the chip like things on mine, so the paint must have simply chipped off. Should i look to buy a new one...

    hey i remember seeing pictures of someones engine bay and insted of that bent bar behind the 3000 pipe, they had these small air filter thingies. what's the deal with those? should i do anything about the wire or the plugged hose?

    First valve cover off, hooray The second one was a bitch to get off because of that oil return hose...which was cracked/cracking too. I need to remove the alternator to get the rest of the cracked hose off, and a new one on :( (and no i'm not talking about that hose sticking up)...

    for one thing, if you have TEMS, keep the setting on normal. if you have new rims, there's a big factor right there too. put on your stock rims back on with lowish tire pressure and maybe your suspension is bad, a new set of springs/struts could help out a lot... i wouldn't recomend...
