Oh man!!! Anyone ever have problems mounting the tranny to the frame? I can't get it lined up right. Looks like I am a 1/4 inch short of the holes. I'm at a lose. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I Love supras mkii- mkiv, but have to admit the mkiii sucks because of the 7mbhg. If I had to put them in order it would be mkiv, then mkii, and lastly mkiii. So I have no problems with someone calling out the mkiii. It is what it is, but I still love them.

Build a 7mgte or Find jza70 engine tranny combo and call it a day. It quick and easy and it bolts right in with little wiring. Or have your dad drop in a sbc.

So easy to check, but he has yet to address.

I just went to Toyota and they gave me a print out of the coolant system and part numbers. I'll check when I get home.

Check you ic and ic pipes for oil also. Turbo might be dumping oil into them.

Couldn't it also be the turbo, on decel?

Whatever you use your gonna have to scrub, and remember to rinse thoroughly. Once that's done I used a little rubbing compound by hand. Works great.
